There is an addon called “Wide World of Quests” that helps you track this, but it unfortunately doesn’t work retroactively, and only starts monitoring from the moment you install it. The current issue is that there is no reliable way of tracking which world quests you have already done on your account, and which not. I’m not sure if this helps, but keep in mind this achievement is a little strange, in that it asks you to complete different world quests, not just any world quests.
